The Wine Flyer - Festival fun and wine tasting at Big Feastival

The Challenge:

Create a relaxed, welcoming space at The Big Feastival in the Cotswolds for festival-goers to escape the crowds and explore premium, accessible wines from around the world, presented by The Wine Flyer. The 10m x 10m tipi needed to focus on education, sampling, and consumer engagement.

The Solution:

The Wine Flyer Lounge—an inviting retreat with low wicker furniture, giant bean bags, potted grapevines, palms, and whitewashed timber wall seating. Educational wine sessions were led by sommeliers, while blissful beats played in the background. Wine samples circulated every 30 minutes, with a giant spinning wheel drawing in guests.
